A month ago, Nintendo’s Reggie Fils-Aime showed a teaser trailer for Bayonetta 3 at The Game Awards, as a Nintendo Switch exclusive, and “now in development.”
Today, a Redditor named _darth_solo, has written some pretty interesting news, saying that Bayonetta 3 is coming this year, and it might be launched this summer. He also stated that his source is confirmed by FlapSnapple, a moderator of r/NintendoSwitch.

I have confirmed my sources with the mods, u/FlapSnapple gave me the go ahead for this, so they can vouch for it. I’m sorry but I can’t say much more other than watch out for the Nintendo Direct because Bayonetta 3 will be one of those placeholder games that Nintendo is preparing to release. This direct may be Nintendo’s E3 if what we’ve heard is true.
Many claiming Pokemon or Animal Crossing are literally piggybacking off of one person who has a track record but has only said Animal Crossing is probably coming this year, or rather “There is some kind of new Animal Crossing that they hope to release next year too.”
FlapSnapple confirmed: “We’ve verified that OP has credentials that would enable them to make this statement/educated guess regarding Bayonetta 3 with reasonable accuracy.
The OP has not provided evidence for any other claims in this post such as it’s incusion in the rumored Nintendo Direct on the 11th or any information regarding Pokemon or Animal Crossing.

Have in mind that this is just a rumor, as there is no official statement from Nintendo yet, but if this turns out to be true, then get ready for a new Bayonetta chapter this summer!
