Modern Warfare Remastered Will Take 130GB Of Hard Drive Space!

If you decide to get this year the Legacy edition of the upcoming CoD: Infinite Warfare – one that contains the Modern Warfare Remastered – probably not a bad idea to already start thinking about free space on your hard drive. In fact, these two games together will occupy 130GB, and apparently, maybe more.

After one French retailer published a picture of the game as a pre-order, Charlie Intel has noticed this interesting thing about the required disk space for the PS4 version of the game:

Given the fact that those who have early access to Modern Warfare Remastered must separate 40GB of space, simple calculation we obtain that the Infinite Warfare especially in a need of your HDD space, as it requires 90GB.

Modern Warfare Remastered will run with disc

The reason for this is perhaps that the game will be compatible with the upcoming PS4 Pro. This will allow developers additional options, to take advantage of the power of the new hardware. Does this mean that the Xbox One version of the game will be less? But we are left to wait and see.

This week we learned that players who purchased the physical edition Legacy Edition’s going to have to run Infinite Warfare disc in the console to be able to play Modern Warfare Remastered, no matter what it is a digital download.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered arrive 04/11/2016 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
