Red Dead Redemption 2, Rockstar And Their “Slap In The Face”

After a lot of speculations, teasing and gossip Red Dead Redemption 2 is on its way, but only for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

“Red Dead Redemption 2 will release worldwide in Fall 2017 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems. An epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland, the game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience.” – wrote Rockstar Newswire.

Unfortunately, there is no news about PC release. The previous Red Dead Redemption was not released for PC. Judging by the comments on the above site, we think it will be the same as before.

Rockstar and their “slap in the face” with Red Dead Redemption 2

With the amount of economic success Rockstar has made and makes from GTA V alone, it is provocation not to release such good games like RDR and eventually RDR2 concurrently, especially since they are not affiliated with Sony or Microsoft, thus free from any bounding platform exclusivity.

As usually best commerce strategies. Strategies for which each person wins his portion of profit at the expense of a part of the gaming community.

Whose turn is now? A good amount of years has passed with PC gaming community getting these “slaps in the face” from you Rockstar.

The market disintegration in factions with warlike, bellic coexistence, ultimately damages the whole community. Instead of doing the right thing, seeking a unifying ground for a greater good and “brighter” future, you are only doing good maneuvering between divisions for the greater gain, and the fact that this underlying aim is so unscrupulous at the expense of PC gamers, creates an incoherence with your “noble” reputation among gaming community.

And it is sad because it’s blinding when candies are too sweet to see their harm because the intelligent desires greater things; children want candy.

Our society is full of such aims, such inconsistencies, children and thus such blindness. But as regards, this domain, the policies, and examples of companies like CDPR represent the future because they are right with all, thus truly noble and they are evolutive for society, thus inevitable.
