Warhammer 40.000: Eternal Crusade Update 1.3 Brings Changes To Space Marines, Chas Space Marines, Orks And Eldar

Warhammer 40.000: Eternal Crusade is getting a new patch 1.3, according to the developers. This is a content update with balance changes, gameplay and class changes. Also, this update 1.3 will have a limited progression and class restriction. The only way to play is to receive the key pass. How to get it? Kepp on reading and find out.

As the devs are saying, the Fortress Ronan is now working properly, so they will not be releasing it anytime soon. They want to make sure that everything is working well. So, the Fortress Ronan will be released later on of the Content Update. But for now, let’s stay on the Content Update 1.3 and see what are the main changes.

Balance Changes with patch 1.3

These changes are taking place to bring better gaming balance. Now, a power sword and a chainsword will deal same damage. The support classes will be with more options and you have to choose between lethality, survivability or tactics.Also, you will now start with only 7 loadouts. this means there are no longer Presets. The penetration and toughness are rebalanced, so now the baseline on weapons and characters is 100.The damage on SM/CSM/Ork is decreased and you can now find a gold melee weapon in the store for 500.000 Requisition or Teef. The standard weapons are no longer in the Reward Boxes, now you can only buy them now.  The players can now find a new spawn point in Garrison.

The players can now find a new spawn point in Garrison. In addition to this, there is a new starting area that shows you the gameplay basics in Garrison.

Class Changes with patch 1.3

Space Marines, Chas Space Marines, Orks and Eldar gets new features. Let’s see what are the changes:

  • Space Marines – Servo-Skulls are now a grenade option. The ground assaults are with higher armor and the Stalker Bolter is a new weapon type. The Magno-Cannon snare rate is increased. Also, the Krak grenades and Lascannon time is reduced
  • Chas Space Marines – Mark of Nurgle gets a Blight grenades that explodes on contact. These grenades also spray 66% poison in the area. The Force Swords and Force axes are with 100 penetration. Pistols can be removed from Aspiring Sorcerer loadout.
  • Orks – The Painboyz can access “Bloodrage Juice”. If the Orks are defending, Waaagh! will no longer activate. Dok Bombs now deals 50% more dmg.
  • Eldar – You can now use a new power called Enhance. How does this work? Now, instead od healing, Enhance grants 20% mitigation bonus and range dmg bonus. The Eldar is now with 33% poison resistance and you their health is reduced.
