What are the Best Counters against Legendary Pokemon?

As we now know, and it is officially announced by Niantic, Legendary Pokemon are coming to Pokemon Go on July 22. So, millions of Trainers all around the world can battle, discover and catch them during and after the Go Fest in Chicago.

In order for the first Legendary Pokemon to spawn, we have to do two things. First thing is to look for a Legendary Eggs at the Gyms and defeat a Legendary Raid Boss and catch him. Second thing is to catch em’ all during the Go Fest Challenge Windows and the first Legendary Pokemon will spawn in Grant Park, Chicago. If the Trainers in Grant Park defeat that specific Legendary Pokemon, the same will start to pop up in Raid Battles after the event.

The Legendary Raid Battles operate the same as the normal Raid Battles. A Legendary egg pops up on the map, and the Trainers will get a notification. But, in order to battle in these Raid Battles, first, you’ll need to obtain a Legendary Raid Pass.

Only those who have been playing and fighting for a long time now, will receive them as a gift.

Winning in a Legendary Raid Battle will grant you a Legendary Badge. This badge can be bronze, silver and gold (this depends on how many Legendary Battles you’ve won, not on how many Legendary you’ve captured).

But, I guess you already know this info, so I would like to share some very useful info about what counters to use against Legendary Pokemon. You might say, “Oh, we can use Golem or Tyranitar, they are great counters”, but they are not the only choice.
