Grinding Gear Games is launching the Harbinger League on August 4 alongside The Fall of Oriath. There are 40 different challenges and finishing them will grant the players exclusive rewards.
The Harbinger League is a challenge league launching on August 4 on both Xbox One and PC. What is new in these challenges? The Harbinger! They can summon creatures to fight against the players and suck the life out of the minions. Killing their minions will make them vulnerable. While in the challenge, players can get currency shards, unique fragments that can be used to control the Harbingers.
There are three very important things the players should know. First, on 12, 24 and 36 Lvl, the players can receive Harbinger Glowing Eyes, Harbinger Crown and Harbinger Character Effect as seen in the video below.
Second thing, starting from challenge No.19 and on every 3rd after that, the players will receive a Harbinger Totem Pole ornament. The Pole will guide the player and let them know how many Harbinger challenges they’ve completed.
And for last, keep in mind that if a player dies in the Hardcore Harbinger league, he/she will be moved to the permanent Standard League.
