Brendan Greene, also known as Playerunknown has stated numerous of times that PUBG will run at a higher FPS on Xbox One devices. However, all of that went deep into the water after Bluehole’s development team hasn’t been able to find a way to do this. All the fans using Xbox One are already disappointed because no matter what Brendan has promised to have a better image thus a higher FPS.
In a recent tweet, Playerunknown has stated that Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds will run on 30fps on all Xbox One devices. After many workarounds, the statement remains legit. So, that being said, we genuinely feel sorry for all the Xbox One users.
While I previously stated PUBG would run at higher FPS at XGP launch on 12/12, I want to clarify that PUBG will run at 30 FPS across all @Xbox One devices. We’re constantly refining the game & exploring options to increase FPS, but this early in dev, we’re unable to confirm more.

PUBG has been the only phenomenon over these past 3-4 months with its Battle Royale mode that has managed to gather millions of players. Another Battle Royale Game that has led to getting lots of players is Fortnite, which has also taken a big chunk of the PUBG’s fans. Hopefully, there will be a turnaround and Bluehole will manage to find a workaround.
