Special Winter, Great and Ultra Box are Now Live in Pokemon Go, Here is What is Inside
Starting today, on December 25, Christmas Day, at 1:00 PM PST, until January 4 next year, there will be special boxes in which Pokemon Go players can find Premium Raid Passes, Super Incubators, Lucky Eggs and Star Piece, for spending some in-game coins.
Three new special boxes are now live in Pokemon Go, the Winter Box, Great Box and Ultra Box, and they can be “owned” only when a player spends PokeCoins. Each one is with different items, so here a breakdown that can be very useful for those who want to get one.
Winter Box Contents in Pokemon Go, Available until January 4, 2018:
- x4 Lucky Eggs
- x2 Premium Raid Passes
- x5 Star Piece
- Price: 480 PokeCoins
Great Box Contents in Pokemon Go, Available until January 4, 2018:
- x2 Super Incubator
- x8 Lucky Eggs

Ultra Box Contents in Pokemon Go, Available until January 4, 2018:

My personal opinion is to get the Ultra Box if you aim for Super Incubators and Premium Raid Passes, and you get the Star Piece and Lucky Eggs for free. Normally, 10 Raid Passes + 6 Super Incubators will cost you 1900 PokeCoins and you get the Ultra Box for 1680, which is 220 PokeCoins less. This way you’ll get the additional Lucky Eggs and Star Piece for free. Sounds like a good deal to me!
