Six new mods are coming to Fallout 4 this month, available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC as announced by Bethesda today.
There are six new free mods coming to Fallout 4 this month, January, and they will be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC. To be precise, not all of the mods are going to be available on all platforms – some are available on PS4, some on Xbox One and some on PC.
The first new Fallout 4 mod is called Wasteland Melody’s Chinese Assault Rifle Standalone, available for Xbox One and PC. This is a:

The second new Fallout 4 mod is available only for Xbox One and its called Chinese Assault Rifle Animations. Here is how it looks:
Next, we have the Arturo’s Shooting Range mod available for Xbox One and PC. Arturo is a weaponry in Commonwealth, where the layers can test their skills and the toughest target will grant them more experience. Have in mind that grenades are not available and there is no free ammo.
Next on the list is Go Green! Go Solar! a free mod available for PS4. with this mod, Fallout 4 players will have a chance to build their own Solar Farm:
- 1 x Solar Base Control unit
- 2 x Floor Mounted Solar Arrays
- 1 x Wall Mounted Solar Array (does not snap- glitch into place if required)
- 1 x Solar Power Switch Unit (10 Power)
- 1 x Solar Power Switch Unit (8 power and Radiated Power)
Solar Powered Equipment
- 4 x Solar AC Unit (Large requires pillar glitching into place)
- 1 x Solar Water Pump
- 1 x Solar AC Unit Switch (Happiness)
- 1 x Solar Water Pump switch (10 Water)
- 2 x Animated Fans (1 x Horizontal 1 x Vertical – Glitching post required to place)
The Solar Panels work 24/7 as long as the large metal boxes contain a battery storage system inside for when it goes dark. For more info, please see OICTOOTP description and find out more.
Another solar mod is available for Xbox One and PC, called Solar Power. Andy-Van explains:
“This mod includes Solar Panel Generators for settlements. Quiet, Clean, Renewable energy for the masses.
It includes a Solar Wall Panel that provides 3 power.
It will provide power to whatever building it is placed on the wall of as well as a small surrounding area, so you don’t have to put a wall connector right next to it.
Also includes a Solar Panel Rack that provides 5 power.
It can be placed on a roof or on the ground, provides power to the surrounding area.
They require Science 2 perk and are heavy on the copper and plastic.”
For last, we have the Passive Water Resources Vol.1 Fallout 4 mod, available for Xbox One and PC. This mod adds 22 water storage items – 11 tanks, 7 water towers, 4 animated rainwater collectors. This mod generates water points and other bonuses when active. According to vanilla game mechanics, the more water points a settlement has, the higher chance to get daily consumable water Player has. This mod increases that chance, explains Ghzfba.
