PUBG’s Next Event Mode is Tequila Sunrise, Shotguns and Melee weapons, Miramar only
Miramar will be the hosting map of the upcoming PUBG event mode, and unlike the previous event, this time it will include a squad of 4 people only. The new event mode is called “Tequila Sunrise”, and will include melee weapons and shotguns only. Sadly, the map will be locked to Miramar only.
It will become available to play later today, and the gear spawn behavior has been explained by Bluehole on their official steam post.

- Melee Weapons (3x spawn rate)
- No other weapons
- Items
- Bag/Helmet/Armor Lv.3 (3x spawn rate)
- Bag/Helmet/Armor Lv.1 (0.5x spawn rate)
- Ammunition (3x spawn rate)
Furthermore, the Safe Zone behavior is also changed, and the first safe zone is instantly marked on the map as soon as the match begins. Therefore, players will need to jump directly or close to it. It will also be smaller than its usual size.
The care packages are disabled, and the time of day is locked at sunrise.
