Battlerite’s BR mode in the works, first screenshots released

If you remember firmly, the developers over at Stunlock came out with a statement that seemingly was a massive surprise for all the Battlerite’s fans. Namely, the developer posted that they’re working a new Battle Royale game mode in Battlerite.

After a couple of days, we have the first insights thanks to the developer’s update on Battlerite’s official website. Stunlock Studios added three images, for which those who play the game can determine that it’s coming to word about new content.

As the developer stated, the upcoming Battlerite’s Battle Royale mode will consist of 20 players and the map design will be the same as now, Arena. There are 27 champions currently in Battlerite, and we’re eager to find out if the developers will allow Champions overlap in BR. Disabling the identical picks alongside adding a picking pattern for each player will spice up the game. This will also enable more unique abilities to dominate in each consecutive match while allowing fairer gameplay as well.

Judging by its current state, the game has impeccable mechanics, and it’s also free-to-play. This move by Stunlock Studios is undoubtedly one of a kind and expected to boost the game’s concurrent players. After all, it remains to be seen how this BR mode will turn out. In the meantime, you can find the new BR related screenshots below:

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
