Call of Duty: WWII is free to play on PC during this weekend

Activision has announced that their WWII themed first-person shooter game, Call of Duty: WWII, is free to play during this weekend for every PC user. Every player’s progress during this free period will be carried over once the game is purchased. The same applies for all the unlockables as well.

Together with the free to play period, Activision has decided to include a tasty discount of 35%. The discount will be available until May 7th and involves all different editions of the game.

If you remember firmly, Activision has promised that there will be numerous of updates coming to CoD: WWII that will further enhance the gameplay experience. Despite its couple modern techniques, it still resembles the WWII theme and takes us back to the CoD II era, even if for a brief moment.

If you’re into these kinds of games and still haven’t decided if CoD: WWII is an excellent choice for you, you might give it a try.
