Pokemon Go players who participated in last year’s Pokemon Go Fest on July 22, 2017, will receive payment from Niantic. The only thing that needs to be done is to submit a Claim Form to claim your share of the proposed settlement fund.
Niantic has agreed to pay $1,575,000 into a settlement fund for those who had a valid ticket for last year’s GoFest and those who attended the event in Chicago on July 22, 2017.
There are three very important things that you should know:
- You must submit a Claim Form and provide documentation before July 24, 2018;
- The Final hearing is on September 6, 2018 at 1:00 PM;
- If you want to be excluded from this process, you must submit a request by July 9, 2018.
