This Week’s Top 5 Game Releases

We’re here to reveal this week’s top 5 video games once again. From 3d to 2d traditional perspective and survival games, this week brings different genres, in which the action prevails in most of them.

1. REND (PC) – July 31

REND is expected to break many favorite games and steal a bit of their player base. Even though it looks like a shooter sci-fi video game, it is still a survival video game where players will develop throughout their struggle with both PVE and PVP related enemies.

Rend introduces three different rival factions players could choose from. After their selection, each player needs to contribute and strengthen its faction.

2. Fractured Lands (PC) – July 31

Fractured Lands is yet another Battle Royale video game created by Unbroken Studios. All you need is to be the last one standing to win the game. Even though it’s almost identical as other BR games, it is here to offer something new.

Players beat down, gun down, and run over the competition in this last one standing PvP shooter set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Your vehicle is your lifeline, your greatest weapon, strongest armor, and your best chance at outrunning a deadly encroaching storm.

3. Chasm (PC, PS4, Vita)  – July 31

Explore the depths below a remote mountain town in this procedurally-generated Adventure Platformer. Taking inspiration from hack ‘n slash dungeon crawlers and Metroidvania-style platformers, Chasm will immerse you in a fantasy world full of exciting treasure, deadly enemies, and abundant secrets.

4. Anamorphine (PC, PS4) – July 31

Explore the past as you resolve the present in Anamorphine, a surreal adventure of rendered emotions. Journey into the mind of the main character, a young man in denial. His subconscious is pushing him to face his past – or be consumed by it.

5. This is The Police 2 (PC) – August 2

Interpret the law as you see fit! Run the sheriff’s department, manage your cops, investigate, interrogate, incarcerate, make tough decisions – and try to keep out of prison yourself! – in this story-driven mixture of adventure and strategy, set in a cold border town riven with violence.
