Update 9/28/2018: One of Niantic’s Youtube partners Reversal has shared ‘shiny’ news on TSR, saying that October will bring two new shiny Pokemon and new Spinda quest.
Words from Reversal: “Niantic’s shared with me that Shiny Krabby/Kingler and the Third Spinda Quest is targeted for release during the Suicune Research Breakthrough Month!”
