Battlestate Games With a Different Approach on Future Updates in EFT

Battlestate Games, also known as BSG, the developer of the FPS survival game Escape From Tarkov is seemingly adopting a new way of update development. To further enhance and fix the game and gameplay experience for everyone, the developers have started releasing technical updates, which are somewhat fascinating in the eyes of the players for two days in a row.

The upcoming small updates are classified as technical updates, which in terms should update the client in order to stabilize the game each time they’re being released. These sorts of updates are not supposed to break the gameplay or the current session, but however, after they are finished, players will need to download the update.

The latest update came today, or more precisely about 1 hour ago. It was also followed with an official Tweet on the BSG’s official Twitter profile.

It is fascinating to see how Battlestate Games tries to expand and also keep hold to its already established community. The developer’s interaction with the players and listening to all the feedback so far has been quite an amazing journey. Overall, it is a pleasure of mine to be a part of the community during this course of development, all the way until the point when Escape From Tarkov gets its first Open-World gameplay. That is what we’re looking forward to encountering and achieving probably the most serious and thrilling Open-World Military-Sim battles.

Kudos to all the developers for maintaining this level of communication and progress.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
