Trainers the new feature Adventure Sync is now live in Pokemon Go, bringing us new weekly rewards.
This system will sync in the background with iOS HealthKit and Android Google Fit, and give players access to a weekly summary that highlights distance traveled on foot and other stats, including calories burned or steps counted if their device makes those available.
To enable this feature:
- Enable location permissions
- Connect to Apple Health or Google Fit
- Tap the Main Menu
- Then Settings
- Tap on Adventure Sync and allow Pokemon Go to access your data.
To disable it:
- Settings
- Uncheck Adventure Sync
The new feature is giving rewards for each km walked, for each egg hatched and for each candy earned. In addition, Adventure Sync also counts treadmill.
The rewards vary – it depends how many km you walked, how many eggs you hatched etc. The (*) sign means that a player needs to have a free Egg slot. If not, the player will not be able to get that reward bundle. Here are the rewards:
- 5km rewards
x20 PokeBalls
- 25km rewards
x20 PokeBalls
x10 GreatBalls
Additional rewards
5,000 Stardust
or 5km (*) Egg
- 50km rewards
x20 PokeBalls
x10 GreatBalls
x5 UltraBalls
Additional rewards

or 5,000 Stardust and 10km Egg
or 10km Egg (*) and 1 Rare Candy
or 10,000 Stardust and 1 Rare Candy
