Pokemon Go Let’s Go Event New Raid Bosses for Limited Time

Trainers, new Raid Bosses are now appearing in Pokemon Go as part of the Let’s Go celebration event.

The new Raid Bosses will appear only for a limited time, starting today November 23 until November 26 at 1:00 PM PST, and here is the complete list.

Pokemon Go New Raid Bosses November

Tier 1 – Magnemite, Mareep, Shinx and Buizel;

Tier 2 – Electabuzz, Mawile, Lanturn and Manectric;

Tier 3 – Raichu, Alolan Raichu (shiny possible), Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Umbreon and Espeon;

Tier 4 – Alolan Exeggutor, Alolan Marowak, Absol and Aggron

Tier 5 – Legendary Pokemon Cresselia.

Update 11/24/2018: Espeon/Umbreon catch rate has been adjusted in the GM file and now it shows 12.5%.

Previous Story 11/23/2018: You might have difficulties catching Espeon and Umbreon, as Niantic forgot to update their catch rate in the Game Master file and it still shows 0%. Have in mind that 0% is not 0, /it means that the chances are slightly bigger than 0 or smaller than 1. Now, it looks like we need a critical catch for them.

So, what is a critical catch?

  • Critical Catch was introduced back in 2017, on February 16, when Gen 2 arrived.
  • Critical Catch is a mechanic in Pokemon Go. It is a random occurrence that guarantees that the Pokemon is caught. During the Critical Catch animation, the Poke Ball immediately drops to the ground, only shakes once and a burst of stars appears and 4 rays of light leaving upwards in a zig-zag motion.

Good luck with catching ’em Trainers!
