PlayStation Network Error Worldwide, Account Management and Affected Platforms

PlayStation Network is down worldwide for a long time now, and Sony listed all problems due to error codes WS-37398-0 and WS-37403-7, but unfortunately, they didn’t mention how to fix the issue.

According to Sony’s official PSN Status website, the following services are affected and not working:

• Sign In
• Create Account
• Edit Account Details
• Affected Platforms: Other, PS Vita, PS3, PS4, Web
• Affected Services: You may have some difficulty signing in or creating an account on PlayStationNetwork. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience.

There is no info how long it will take them to fix it, but as soon as we have something you’ll be the first to know.
