Previous Story June 15, 2019: Trainers, the results for the second day of the Global Challenge event are announced and it looks like we’re far behind the goals.

Pokemon Go announced the numbers of Spark’s Research tasks and they don’t look promising at all.

The tasks and rewards for the stage of the Global Challenge are as follows:

  • Pokemon GO Fest Chicago event attendees – Complete 1 million research tasks to unlock 2× Catch Candy
  • Team Instinct – Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock guaranteed 1 Rare Candy per raid
  • Team Valor – Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock 1/2 Hatch Distance
  • Team Mystic – Complete 15 million research tasks globally to unlock 2× Hatch Candy

According to their report, only the Pokemon Go Fest Chicago event attendees completed the tasks so far and unlocked 2x Candy,

Team Instinct completed only 6,010,00 research tasks out of 15 million, Team Valor is second with 8,400,000 completed tasks out of 15 million and Team Mystic is at first place with 9,860,000 completed tasks out of 15 million.

So the question is, are we going to fail the Global Challenge? We better not!
