Trainers, the dual Type Steel/Psychic Mythical Pokemon Jirachi is now available to catch in Pokemon Go as a Special Research quest encounter. There are seven stages of Field Research tasks and rewards that one must complete in order to catch Jirachi and earn Jirachi Candy.

Might want to add into the article that the Jirachi tasks are currently specifically geared for the Go-Fest event days, to be completed within the event locations on the attending trailer’s event day and the tasks will most likely be re-worked prior to being globally released. Some trainers I know who read this article that aren’t attending Go-Fest became a little disheartened seeing some of the tasks.
So this is only for certain locations? Is this why I do not have the special task then?
