The new Weekly Charts have been seemingly impressive for EA, having the most successful title for the fourth consecutive week on the Nintendo Switch. However, The Witcher 3 gets closer to a surprise. Just in its first week after launch, the game has managed to concrete the fourth spot on the weekly standings.
It is usual to see a soccer game dominating on a handheld console, but the surprise of the Witcher 3 is just behind and may overtake the control at any time. Holding the number one spot for four weeks in a row notes something huge for EA.
According to Ukie, this is the standings of video games on the Nintendo Switch platform:
|Last Week||This Week||Title|
|2||2||Mario Kart 8 Deluxe|
|2||3||Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Breakpoint|
|–||4||The Witcher III: Wild Hunt|
|–||5||Ring Fit Adventure|
|–||7||Plants vs. Zombies: Battle For Neighborville|
|7||8||The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening|
|8||9||Grand Theft Auto V|
It is very notable to see some games drop for even two spots, such as Borderlands 3. After their initial momentum, some games find it harder to impress the fans to remain as a part of their game.
We’ll have to monitor the coming weeks on the same question, of whether or not the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will overtake FIFA 20’s great start.
