Days Gone Sequel Possibly In The Works

If you haven’t been notified, there may be a continuation of Days Gone, the zombie apocalyptic video game. At first, Days Gone has managed to surprise everyone during its first discovery for later to emerge a slight disappointment. For now, all of that to be crowned with a possibility of receiving a sequel. We know it may sound very weird, but it could also be the right path for a title of this caliber.

Why would there be a sequel? The folks at Gamesradar have managed to strike a couple of hints alongside an interview with the game director Chris Reese. They possibly tend to augment the title into a franchise, and that would be an inspiring thing to do according to the developers.

Oh yeah, it is certainly a passion of ours, and that’s what we’ve always wanted to do,” Reese said. “This is a world that we want to keep breathing more life into, and explore many, many different avenues. So who knows, we’ll see!

If Days Gone 2 is in the works and has just started being worked on, the project would at least take a couple of years to be completely done, if the developers decide to completely rework some of its basics. That would make the title a potential release on the PS5 platform, and that as an exclusive.
