Cyberpunk 2077 release date delayed to September 2020

Even the best of the best can sometimes linger, as CD Projekt announced that Cyberpunk 2077 is getting a delay. Cyberpunk 2077’s initial release date was slated for April 16. As confirmed in a statement by the developers, Cyberpunk 2077 will arrive five months later.

It is somewhat sad to see a title of this caliber being delayed for a later release, but it is becoming a more common theme even for the best game developers in the world. When a title does not meet the manufacturing standard or is estimated that the game needs further polishing, a suspension has to be done.

The announcement arrived on the official Twitter Profile of CD Projekt Red.

September 17, 2020, is the next designate date of release, and all the people across the globe will need to embrace this move by CD Projekt Red, which hesitation and delay are supposed to strengthen the gameplay content by far.

We’ll have to wait 5 more months to see Keanu Reeves (Johnny Silverhand) in Cyberpunk 2077, and burn Night City together.
