For this year, Google’s “Pokemon of the Year” poll has found that a water-type Pokemon is among the fan-favorite. That is Greninja, which abilities are quite unusual for his type of Pokemon.
The votes have occurred live on the YouTube stream held on Thursday, which is National Pokemon Day. On the stream itself, more than 40,000 people joined, while over 130 have given their voice for Greninja.
The second place has gone into the hands of Lucario, while Mimikyu settled at the third spot. Others like Kanto, Hoenn, and Sinno have had the chance to compete for the most beloved character from the whole branch.
