An insider, which happens to be a fan, has said that GTA 6 will soon see the light of the day. There hasn’t been any official statement from Rockstar Games regarding this, but because of some reports, it has led us to think that indeed GTA 6 is in the works.
Jason Schreier, a journalist, said that the game is still under the works and it is early to be released, but many disagree.
Chris Liberty93, a streamer followed by Rockstar, has said that Schreier is completely wrong. According to him, GTA 6 was long completed even before Dan Houser left, which is quite believable because the script is the first thing that is finished in a Rockstar game.
These claims were first made on Reddit, in French, but the thread and the replies to that thread have been mysteriously deleted. Another insider, TezFunz2 has also said that GTA 6 is halfway done, but neither of these has the credibility of Schrier.
