Trainers, the world best dataminers discovered a new Buddy Up event and features in the GM file.

PokeMiners, most probably the best Pokemon Go dataminers out there, discovered a new Buddy event and features text in the Game Master file and shared the details with the rest of the Pokemon Go community.

Buddy Up Event and Features

  • 1/2 distance to earn a heart with your Buddy
  • Buddy find PokeBalls every 30 minutes if you’re Great Buddies
  • Buddy will bring you items more often
  • Buddy will bring you more types of items
  • Buddy will walk with you longer
  • Buddy will bring you Souvenirs more often
  • Easier to get your Buddy excited

There are no details about the start date and time, but we expect to see an official announcement soon.
