Resident Evil 3 Remake Surpassed 2 Million Shipments and Digital Sales in Five Days

Resident Evil 3 the remake has officially surpassed two million of worldwide shipments and digital sales. This comes in 5 days after its release on April 3rd.

The digital versions of the game make nearly 50% of the sales, because as they say, “ a great digital sales strategy”. This strategy included releasing “Raccoon City Demo” for RE3 and the open beta test for Resident Evil Resistance, which got a great deal of attention from the fans.

The company behind this game, Capcom also said that the digital sales for Resident Evil 2 have surpassed 6.5 million units.
