The Realism game mode in CoD: Modern Warfare seemed to be quite intriguing to all the fans, for which Infinity Ward has heard their demands. Shortly after its little impact, the fans have fallen in love with this game mode, adopting it as fan-favorite.
Previously, Realism has been a part of the rotation, coming in and out of the cycle.
Shortly after its domination, a thread has been created on Reddit, asking if the mode would become permanent. As a response, Joe Cecot, Infinity Ward’s co-design director of multiplayer, has confirmed that Realism will be added in the filter, which means the mode will be available permanently.

This change may be a slight bit disappointing for Warzone players, as the mode is only available to the core version of the game, Modern Warfare itself. We must admit the size of nurture Modern Warfare receives throughout these days. Infinity Ward keeps its title as refreshing as it could get, and it is more likely to continue so in the coming period.
