Halo Infinite Box Art Points to Renovated Combat System

If you haven’t paid attention, Halo Infinite is ready to remove the curtains and show its gameplay to the public. The campaign game reveal event is scheduled for tomorrow, but there are more clues to follow than just the event itself. It appears that Halo Infinite’s Box Art has also been exposed, and it is pointing to a completely renovated combat system.

Just a day before the official campaign reveal, Microsoft unveiled the official box art for Halo Infinite. The box art was posted on the official Halo Waypoint forums, including the wallpaper in different resolution quality. You can take a look at it below:

Judging by the look, it seems that a grapple mechanic will be introduced to the game, based on Master Chief’s left arm on the image above. The grappling hook looks like a pin strapped just above the elbow. The developers somewhat confirmed this type of mechanic in previous occasions. Well, judging by the box art, it is most likely to be true.

We can finally see what 343 Industries have been working on in a tireless cycle of 5 years of development—on tomorrow’s Xbox Games Showcase.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
