Othercide is a strategy game made from Lightbulb Crew which is going to be released on July 28th, 2020 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and later this year on Nintendo Switch with preorders available for all platforms.
As described on Steam “As Humanity’s last hope, lead your army to combat in an intricate dance of spectacular actions and counters, using an original Dynamic Timeline System, and face fearsome bosses in epic battles.”
In the game, there are bosses which are an embodiment of humanity’s worst nightmares and every epic encounter will make you and your army of Daughters reach their absolute limit. You will need to expect every one of their deadly abilities and learn their very complicated attack patterns and there will be moments when you will need to make sacrifices for you to claim victory.
There is a feature in Othercide where you can acquire a Memory through any one of your actions and kills, and with these Memories, you will be earning new story fragments and gameplay bonuses, though these bosses offer some truly game-changing effects. You will need to carry over everything that you have learned and earned to conquer Suffering once and for all.
