NewsVideo Game Updates & Patch Notes

Valorant Act 2 is Live, Adds New Battle Pass, Agent and more

Just a reminder that Valorant’s Act 2 is up and running. Riot Games has posted more information about the update, and the addition of the Battle Pass to spice up the entertainment. Everything players needed is being slowly added to the game, which in the end will contribute to a perfect multiplayer first-person shooter.

As per Riot Games’ blog post, the new Battlepass is here to add purpose to play the game alongside tasks. However, in every update, there’s always a slight disappointment. This time is the Deathmatch mode, which is not added with today’s update. Players will need to wait a bit longer until the game mode arrives in Valorant.

You get a fresh Battlepass to grind, the arrival of defensive wizard Killjoy, the Glitchpop weapon skin line, and more—detailed for you below in this guide to all things VALORANT Act II.

Aside from the patch notes announced a couple of days ago, you can find out what’s new in short, below:

  • Agent: Killjoy
  • Weapon Skin: Glitchpop
  • Act 2 Battle pass
  • Competitive: Act Ranks & Improvements
  • Coming Soon: Free For All Deathmatch Beta

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
