Pokemon Go Pokémon Journeys: The Series with the Animation Week 2020 event
Niantic is surprising us with a new event, based on Pokemon Journeys: The Series
During the event, called The Animation Week 2020, Trainers will have encounters closely tied to Ash and Goh. As with every event, there will be the event-exclusive Timed Research, which is inspired by the series’ storyline. This Timed Research is described as multiple episodes of the ongoing series mentioned above. As for Ash and Goh, during the event, one of them might appear in GO Snapshot.
The event will start on Friday, November 6th, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. and last till Thursday, November 12th, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
We will have a frequent appearance of the World Cap Pikachu and the Shiny version of the Pokemon. Lugia will grace us with its presence, this time in five-star raids with the attack Aeroblast. Lugia will start appearing in Raids on November 5th, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. and will leave us on November 16th, 2020, also at 1:00 p.m.
Ivysaur, Pinsir, Snorlax, Golurk, and other Pokemon will appear in Raids. We will see Bulbasaur, Exeggcute, Cubone, Scyther, Dratini, Cyndaquil, and the Shiny version of Cubone in the wild. There will be an update of the 7km hatch list, and this time, Pichu, Matyke, Riolu, and Cubone will be hatching from the 7km Eggs. More info will be revealed soon, so stay tuned!
