CoD: Black Ops Cold War Best Milano Attachments – Loadout

Hey Black Ops Cold Warriors! Recently I was conducting the best attachment guide series on multiple weapons in CoD: Black Ops Cold War. Today, it’s time for the Milano SMG and its best attachments. But since the get-go, let me note that the Milano, compared to multiple other weapons, is not a very smart choice. However, being on our list, we still have to conclude this guide and list the best fitting attachments for the Milano SMG in Black Ops Cold War.

Before I continue, make sure you know why I delayed the Black Ops Cold War weapon mod guides? Throughout my weapon grind, I slowly started feeling nauseous and tired, for which I had to stall my run and go through a health check. I had to go through the Covid-19 test, which turned out positive, following by fever and loss of taste and smell, which pushed me further away from the PC in general. I couldn’t sit in front of my PC for longer than 2-3 hours. My gaming sessions faced a halt due to severe headaches and eye inflammation. Luckily, all is good. Now I feel a lot better, and I am back on track with the weapon attachments series.

After the long grind, I can conclude that the Milano SMG is not a strong choice than other guns. It has a lousy recoil and a slower rate of fire compared to other Submachine guns, despite the fact that it packs slightly more damage than the others. I find the weapon best to use with the Gunfighter Wild Card, as it allows us to settle the recoil and other cons.

Milano best Black Ops Cold War attachments

Below you can find the complete list of attachments for the Milano SMG. If you want to change the mods or want to play with some other perk, feel free to do so, but make sure you keep the recoil ones because it’s a nasty weapon. If you’re playing hardcore mode, this SMG does perform really well, no matter the attachments.

  • Optic: Millstop Reflex
  • Muzzle: Socom Eliminator
  • Barrel: 9.5 Rifled
  • Body: Steady Aim Laser
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Magazine: Fast Mag
  • Handle: Speed Tape or Serpent Wrap
  • Stock: Wire Stock or Marathon Stock

If you would love to play with a different Wild Card, then I’d suggest you pick the following attachments:

  • Muzzle: Socom Eliminator
  • Barrel: 9.5 Rifled
  • Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
  • Handle: Speed Tape or Serpent Wrap
  • Stock or Body from the ones listed above.

Hopefully, this will help you aim better with the Milano. Just keep in mind, if you would love to level up this gun faster than usual, make sure you go in Hardcore mode. Otherwise, it will not be as smooth as some of the other weapons. Take care and stay safe, everyone!
