Xbox Series X/S Entertainment apps confirmed

With the new generation of Xbox consoles arriving on November 10th, Microsoft has officially revealed all the entertainment apps (for now) on the Xbox Series X/S. All of the apps from the Xbox One will be available for the newer consoles.

Here’s the list for the US-focused apps for Xbox Series X/S. Keep in mind, there will be more at launch, as confirmed by Microsoft:

  • Netflix
  • Disney+
  • HBO Max
  • Spotify
  • YouTube
  • YouTube TV
  • Amazon Prime Video
  • Hulu
  • NBC Peacock
  • Vudu
  • FandangoNow
  • Twitch
  • Sky Go
  • Now TV
  • Sky Ticket

Meanwhile, Microsoft confirmed the Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos tech is supported on Netflix, Disney+, and Vudu. Many of the above-mentioned apps are available for Xbox One as well, including Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Spotify, Sky Go, Now TV, and Amazon Prime Video. AppleTV will also be added to the list when released for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S on November 10th.
