Yakuza: Like a Asura Announcement Coming Soon

Sega has developed a franchise, and it seems like they will be adding one more game to it. A rumour has been spreading- a new game called Yakuza: Like an Asura is going to be announced on their stream which will celebrate their 15th anniversary.

In a now-deleted tweet, Masayoshi Yokoyama has said something that left question marks in our mind. But the same tweet has appeared on the franchise’s subreddit together with the picture of a character named Masaru Watase, the captain of the Omi Alliance. A tattoo is shown of an Asura King on Watase’s back.

Yakuza Producer tweeted this out and deleted it. New Yakuza spinoff or just another RGG Online story? from r/yakuzagames

Like I have said in the introduction of this post, the franchisee will be celebrating its 15th anniversary via a stream with the title “Yakuza 15th Anniversary Special Program”. The stream will begin on December 8th, 2020, at 6:00 AM EST.

Please keep in mind that nothing is confirmed yet, this is based on a now-deleted tweet, so it might come out as false.

Keep on checking our website for further updates on the franchise.
