Alien: Isolation is free to grab on the Epic Games Store, only for today!

Alien: Isolation is a cosmic horror game developed by Creative Assembly and published by Sega in 2014 for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. It was also released for the Nintendo Switch later.

Currently, Alien: Isolation is available for free on the Epic Games Store, but only for today! It’s a part of the newest Epic Games Store event, in which a mystery game is given out every day until December 31st. Today, it was Alien: Isolation’s turn.

For those a bit unfamiliar with this horror game, it’s set fifteen years after the events of Alien™. Ellen Ripley’s daughter, Amanda, enters a desperate battle for survival, on a mission to unravel the truth behind her mother’s disappearance. She is confronted and is on a quest for survival because of the ruthless Alien.

If you like horror games like the Outlast series, Alien: Isolation is a definite must-try. The game has excellent critical acclaim, and for a good reason. The gameplay, the atmosphere, and the story are all perfect, so it deserves all the success it has gotten.
