Magic: The Gathering Arena Early Access for Android will launch this month

Magic: The Gathering Arena is a free-to-play digital collectible card game developed and published by Wizards of the Coast back in 2018. Today, the developers have announced that Early Access will be available on Google Play on some Android devices, starting January 28th.

If you’re not familiar with Magic: The Gathering, it’s a popular Trading Card Game, often regarded as one of the best of all time, with heavy fantasy elements. Magic: The Gathering Arena is its adaptation for those who don’t want to spend money on the cards and are instead just looking for a fun time.

Much has been promised of the long-awaited mobile adaptation by the Wizards of the Coast team. Included in the mobile adaptation are all of the cards and formats from the original PC game. There’s still no registration link, but the developers promise more news and further info during the January State of the Game.
