If you thought that you will never have a problem with storage, well, we hate to tell you, but you are wrong. If you happen to be an owner of PS4 500GB and want to have the updated versions of both Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Modern Warfare/Warzone, you might need to make some space.
Activision, an American video game publisher, has announced the following: “Those who own a standard PlayStation 4 with a default hard drive of 500 GB may need to make room if they have the full versions of Modern Warfare®/Warzone and Black Ops Cold War with all modes and packs installed. Should you have both games installed and have kept up to date with updates, you may need to delete some unused Game Content to have a successful download and install of the [latest] Warzone patch.”
There is no possible solution to this, except to go to the store and buy external storage if you desire to have the full Call of Duty pack on your console.
The blog is giving us help by noting that you can delete the content you have not played for some time by clicking R3. You can do the same with Modern Warfare or Warzone by clicking on the “Games Installs” options. Hopefully, this will free up some space on your PS4.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will have its second season, which will have a new Zombies mode, called Outbreak, and there will be new operators, weapons and more.
We hope that the storage problem will be solved as soon as possible because we are sure that this will not be the last and final update of the games.
What will you do? Will you delete some content? Sound off in the comments down below.
