Pokemon Go It Might Take Years to Release All Mega Evolutions

Mega Evolution has made its way to the world of Pokemon Go on August 27th, 2020, and since then a few Mega-Evolved Beasts have joined the Pokemon GO flock, but the list is far from ending.
According to an “analysis” published on the official TSR, if Niantic continues to release one Mega-Evolution per month, it would take approximately 3.75 years to launch all existing Mega-Evolved Pokemon in Pokemon GO, as reported by the Reddit user u/TheRealLatios.
If there is a single release with the Primal Forms, it will take around four years and three months, while without the Primal Forms, Niantic would need four years and one month. If there happen to be multiple releases with Primal forms, the process will take three years and nine months, and multiple releases without its Primal forms would take three years and eight months.
Pokemon Go Released Mega Evolutions
- Mega Venusaur
- Mega Charizard X
- Mega Charizard Y
- Mega Blastoise
- Mega Beedrill
- Mega Pidgeot
- Mega Gengar
- Mega Houndoom
- Mega Abomasnow
- Mega Ampharos
- Mega Gyarados
We think that we can all agree that Niantic needs to speed up the process and start releasing more than one Mega Evolved Pokemon per month.
In a business perspective, it’s not going to happen. It keeps the anticipation and hardcore/casual base on their feet. Obviously, it would be nice if they released more, but it’s not going to happen. Instant gratification is toxic.
