ID@Xbox and Twitch Team Up For a New Indie Showcase on March 26

Are you an indie games lover? Yes, I know that some of them might not only be very exciting to play, but in multiple cases also compete with some of the best-refined gaming giants. In the honor of the indie games, on Friday, March 26, ID@Xbox and Twitch will both team up to showcase over 100 games developed by independent developers across the globe.

According to the official press release, the event will showcase new trailers and gameplay for over 25 games, including Second Extinction, The Ascent, The Wild at Heart, Voidtrain, Exo One, an update on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 and others. The event will also hold announcements from publishers such as DrinkBox, Devolver Digital, Curve Digital, Dear Villages, and others.

Furthermore, Xbox Wire confirmed that there will also be a showcase of new entries coming to Xbox and Xbox Game Pass. The broadcast will be transmitted on Twitch, on both Twitchgaming and Xbox’s official Twitch channels.

We at ID@Xbox, the Independent and Digital games publishing program for Xbox, love indie games. It’s in our blood. Technically, it’s also kind of in our name. Turns out our friends at Twitch also love indie games. When we found that out, we thought “we gotta collab!” So, I’m thrilled to announce the first /twitchgaming Showcase: ID@Xbox!

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
