The partnership between Nintendo and Niantic is already giving results, and the companies will begin with tests in Singapore for their new game called Pikmin.
The game is being BTEA tested in Singapore, but players have been instructed to keep themselves from posting the content of the game online. But this did not stop the players from sharing some gameplay details, and you can find them below.
It is labeled as a passive outdoor experience, and by walking you will stack on the Step Energy, which is later used to grow Pikmin. These characters can be named as the player wishes, and if you want the Pikmin to grow, you might need to feed it nectars.
The walking adventure with your Pikmin will bring you fruits (these turn into nectar). On the path you are walking with your Pikmin, it will leave petals behind, which will make more seedlings sprout.
From the looks of it, the game is very interesting, especially with the sprouts, seeds, and expeditions your Pikmin will go on to gather the seedlings.
As mentioned above, the app is already available in Google Play named “Pikmin App (Early Access).” And yes, every major version of the Pikmin will appear in the game.
