Watch Dogs Legion will be free-to-play this weekend, big sale included

Ubisoft’s action-adventure game and the third installment in the Watch Dogs series, Legion, will be free to play this weekend. Watch Dogs Legion will be free-to-play starting on March 25 through March 29, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC via Epic Games and Ubisoft Connect.

Everyone willing to explore the futuristic London will be able to, for free. More precisely, players will be able to delve into half of the eight boroughs, with a storyline available up to the Skye Larsen mission. Watch Dogs Legion online mode will also be available at the player’s hands. With the discount taken into consideration, player’s progression will be carried over upon full purchase of Watch Dogs Legion, so they won’t need to start over again.

The sale holds up a 50% discount on all game editions, with 25% off on the Season Pass, so make sure you check the store as the prices may vary on different platforms.

The pre-load for the free-to-play event starts tomorrow, March 24, on PS4, PS5 (PS Plus Subscription is required), PC via Epic Games, and Ubisoft Connect, with the Xbox preload possibly coming at a later date.
