World of Warcraft Player “Rextroy” Solo-Kills Castle Nathria’s First Boss, Shriekwing

Shriekwing is the first boss in World of Warcraft Shadowlands’ first Raid Tier, Castle Nathria. First or last, it doesn’t really matter as long as it’s defeated. Rextroy, a  World of Warcraft player and a YouTuber known for his exceptional abilities both in the PvE and PvP sphere, has managed to kill it solo. Kiting the frenzied bat-looking monster required him to spend 2 hours and 30 minutes in the ring.

In the video, he stated that prior to this achievement, it took him multiple tries leading to failures, so indirectly, he spent way more than 2 hours to take him down. What’s important is that he finally managed to defeat Shriekwing, the first boss of the first raid tier in World of Warcraft Shadowlands.

To achieve this, he tanked on his Vengeance Demon Hunter. Knowing Demon Hunters’ mobility, this is probably the only class and spec that would be susceptive to the movement speed required, even though Rextroy used low ilvl boots to increase the mobility even further. Without further ado, you can find out the video with his commentary below:

I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. My mission is to lurk and discover secrets, create guides and provide you with some important news. I mostly play FPS and love experimenting in good MMORPGs.
