Pokemon Go Regional Pokemon Infographic

Some Trainers want to complete their Pokedex, but they should be aware of some Pokemon in the game that are exclusive to a particular region. This means that Trainers have to travel, trade, or at least be aware of a ‘Regional event’ (if any) to complete the Pokedex.
These Region exclusive Pokemon are locked to their specific region and can be found only in these regions.
Below you can find the list of all Region exclusive Pokemon in Pokemon Go and which Pokemon are available in which area.

A Complete, Updated map of all Regional Pokemon in Pokemon Go
How many Regional exclusive Pokemon have you caught so far? Let us know in the comment section below.
Slight correction for the list: Farfetch’d is also in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. People tend to forget that and think only Japan and Korea.
And Tauros is also found in southern Canada, which is not mentioned on the list. Likewise, Pachirisu isn’t simply in “Canada.” It’s in northern Canada, where most of the population doesn’t live. Don’t expect to find it in Toronto or here in Vancouver.
Thanks for the info, we appreciate it. The article is updated (based on your info), and we also added credit. If you find anything else, please let us know!
Could you add Images to the map It would make it better so I don’t have to google what it is if I forgot what it is. You can add images by clicking the camera button when selecting a section
Sigilyph in Jordan.
Tropius in Southern Spain (South of Malaga)
Solrock spotted in Mauritius
Hi there! I just wanted to add that the Pachirisu line is too high in Canada. They spawn in Edmonton AB pretty frequently, which is a substantial distance south of where the line is drawn, but like Bucky said most of the large cities are too far south. It seems like the Pachirisu and Taurus lines are pretty close.
solrock caught in bellevue washington
Hi my name is Luke i was just wondering if it’s possible to get a Taurus in Atlanta Georgia airport or can I get one in Orlando I’m going to Orlando for two weeks I’m stopping at Atlanta airport for about 2 to 3 hours I know that is possible to get a herracross there I’ve already got a corsla many thanks Luke Ellis
Hello Luke and thanks for your comment. Tauros can be found generally everywhere in the US.
I caught a Solrock in my hometown in Georgia.
Hey There, South African here with a few things to add:
Solrock, Chatot, Seviper, Illumise, Volbeat and finally Tropius all been caught here, from coast (Cape-Town) and far inland (Gauteng)
have not seen Lunatone nor Zangoose.
other than that, great list, big thanks for putting together the graphic 🙂
Can a Pachuritsu be caught in Northern: Norway, Sweden and Finland?
a little update for your list: in Germany Volbeat, Zangooose, Lunatone and Mr. Mime can be found regularly.
The list says that Lunatone would be “North America, South America, Africa” and that Solrock would be in “Europe, Asia and Australasia”. I haven’t seen any Solrock besides as a raid-boss. But none in the wild. Lunatones I have seen many over the time. They are not as frequent as Mr. Mime, Zangoose and Volbeat but still obtainable.
Best regards
We actually get corsola in west Texas.
As a completist I hate the idea of regionals..I don’t like unattainable holes in my Dex.
Carnivore can be found in North Carolina as well, I’ve caught a few myself. Venus flytraps are actually native to NC so it makes sense.
You can also get Tropius in Santorini, Greece!
I hatched far fetched. Is this common?
