Battlefield 6 Dev Asks Fans for Patience Until the Big Reveal Occurs

We’re living in a twisted world where video game consumers get frustrated for an unknown reason even before a video game is revealed. We’re not talking about a release, but instead, a reveal that still hasn’t occurred due to the game’s current state. One of the developers working on Battlefield has decided to jump in and assure fans that they shouldn’t get mad over their decision to delay the reveal but instead wait for the best possible outcome.

Andy McNamara, a developer at EA, working on Battlefield, has raised his voice on his official Twitter profile. He encourages a calm and collected behavior before the official bang occurs. Andy also assured that he and the whole team working on Battlefield 6 are making sure the piece coming out is eligible for grabs. He also thinks that the next-gen Battlefield game will be loved by the fans but will be released when the time is right.

In yesterday’s earnings call, EA confirmed that Battlefield, or Battlefield 6 as many players call it, would be available on both generations of consoles and PC. That means PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S will all be eligible to play Battlefield. Thanks to the hardware capabilities, the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S would perform the best, as EA has scaled the destructive environment in the next-gen BF game to a whole new level. Hence, it’s why hardware matters in this case.

Battlefield 6 will be revealed in June 2021, as per yesterday’s statement during the earnings call. The hype among the fans was shattered after this statement. 2WEI, the music composer who is no in the gaming industry, has discovered that two games with their music will be revealed this week. While many believed one of them is Battlefield, it turned out the opposite.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. 8 years after founding FGR, my mission remains the same. That is to discover secrets within the gaming industry, create guides for all the games I play, and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, I post tons of patch notes too. At the time, I play everything that seems reasonable to play, make content about it and help gamers to the best of my abilities. P.S. Last time I counted how many hours I've spent in video games turned out to be 13+ years. And that was a long time ago too. Almost 24/7 in front of PC.
