Outriders new patch introduces better damage mitigation

Outriders has received a brand new update that drops a fix on the damage mitigation required and questioned a lot by the fans. It seems People Can Fly is determined to fix the game in a fast manner and allow players to enjoy the game rather than delaying fixes like the one with the gear restoration. The maintenance for the patch is over, and it’s live.

Furthermore, this update fixes crash-related issues brings minor bug fixes to the fixed table and changes Brood Mother’s damage behavior. The Brood Mother enemies can no longer kill players with just one hit in various circumstances.

Lingering sign-in issues should no longer be persistent too. As People Can Fly wants to put it, the sign-in issues occurred in certain circumstances but didn’t notice that a pool of players has been locked out from signing in the game.

Without further ado, you can find all of the patch notes below for Outriders 5/25/2021:

  • Fixed a bug that was causing armour values to not be calculated properly under certain circumstances, leading players to take unintended increased damage.
  • Changed the damage behaviour of Brood Mother enemies to prevent them from one-hit killing players under certain circumstances.
  • Addressed an issue that could cause players to be unable to sign-in under certain circumstances
  • Fixes for crashes.
  • Other minor bug fixes.
