According to a recent analysis, one Team Go Rocket Balloon spawns in a six-hour time and you can now encounter four Rocket Balloons daily.

Team Go Rocket Balloons now appear once in every 6-hour window throughout the day and each Trainer can encounter 4 balloons per day.

That being said, let’s take a look at the new times:

• 6 AM
• 12 PM
• 6 PM
• 12 AM

According to Niantic Support, the appearance of the Team GO Rocket balloon is random for all the Trainers and has no time duration, but it seems like the Rocket Balloon schedule changed for the event.
