Mortal Kombat 11 Will Stop Adding New Characters

Mortal Kombat, the ultimate fighting game developed by NetherRealm, focuses on a brand new project. By doing this, the company will stop focusing on supporting Mortal Kombat, which will lead to closing on upcoming content such as DLCs and new characters.

For two years in a row, NetherRealm has been releasing DLCs and new characters to Mortal Kombat 11 to keep the entertainment flow healthy. Sadly, after 2 years of existence, the company has decided to halt the existing title and focus on its upcoming project. The announcement arrived from Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate’s official Twitter Profile, in which the company states the following:

NetherRealm is now focusing on its next project, and after more than two years of supporting Mortal Kombat 11, DLC for the game, including characters, has come to an end.

I am ANGE1K. I started playing video games a long time ago. In a blink of an eye, I became a hardcore gamer. A couple of years later, I traversed to the professional Counter-Strike 1.6 scene. After the competitive ERA, I managed to find the gaming industry amusing and started working on FGR. My mission is to lurk and discover secrets, create guides and provide you with some important news. Oh, yeah, patch notes too. I mostly play FPS and love experimenting in good MMORPGs.
