The expanded and improved version for the PS5 console is promised to yield a crisp 4K image running at smooth 60 FPS. As per the official reading:

Have you already played the ultimate gangster epic on PS3? And again on PS4? Have you really had enough of Los Santos already? Of course not, and that’s why Grand Theft Auto V in the expanded and improved version for PS5 should be high on your wish list. You have never seen the criminal metropolis Los Santos so beautiful when the skyline shines thanks to a bold graphic update in crisp 4K resolution, and you make the city extremely smooth and unsafe thanks to a smooth 60 FPS.

The expanded version of GTA 5 will arrive on the PlayStation 5 on November 11, which is just enough time for players to prepare for the inevitable. With visual upgrades, technical and performance, and other enhancements, Sony will prove the endurance of the new powerful hardware the console offers.

Furthermore, Sony confirmed that the standalone GTA Online client would be getting exclusive content, which means that the older consoles will wither in the eyes of Rockstar Games. There’s no better way of proving the capabilities of the new hardware imbued in the most powerful PlayStation console nowadays.
